Airport Cancellation

In the event of missing a valet booking a credit note will be issued.

A missed valet booking includes the following:

• Missing and or unable to find the drop off point

• Arriving for a booking on a date/time other than the booked date/time

• Flight cancellation

• Airport closure

• Car park closure

To reschedule a missed valet with a credit note we require 24 hours notice on 1850-855-855.

General

Relating to all branches; a credit note will be issued for any uncompleted services where the vehicle cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control.

This relates to valets or vouchers booked through our website or over the phone directly.
