All online valets booked are for saloon cars only, a surcharge (payable locally) will apply for 7 seaters, 4x4 vans and people carriers. A surcharge may also be applied should a car be deemed excessively soiled.
Free car wash for a year Facebook promotion.
The winner will be announced on 01/09/2018 on our Facebook page. The winner will be asked to appear in a Facebook post including a presentation photo. Free car washing for a year is limited to one wash per week (maximum 52 washes). The washes cannot be accumulated or carried forward. The washes will be allocated to one registration number (which can be changed at 1 weeks notice to us). The registration number can be changed once. The prize has no monetary value. Crystal Valet cannot be held responsible for vehicle damage deemed to have occured during the washing process.
Loyalty Card T's & C's
Customers must have availed of this offer through Facebook & collect the loyalty card upon getting a car wash. Loyalty card; free mini valet is offered only after 5 paid washes and by presenting the loyalty card with all boxes stamped. Valid in Woodquay branch only. Valet can only be redeemed Monday - Wednesday. Valets must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and offer quoted. Failure to do so may mean the service will be charged at full price. The free Mini Valet has no monetary value. Crystal Valet cannot be held responsible for vehicle damage deemed to have occured during the valeting process.

A Docket, which will be issued to you at booking in point must be retained by you and presented for vehicle collection.
Car parking fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and are not included in any valeting services.
Discounted services or valeting offers cannot be used in conjunction with any site offers.
We cannot accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical fault that may occur during the valeting process.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/driver to check baby/booster seats are correctly secured before putting children in them. If you do not want the baby/booster seats removed you must notify management prior to work starting and have that noted on your receipt. It is extremely important that you check all baby/booster seats before leaving Crystal Valet. Crystal Valet Centres LTD accepts no responsibility for ill-fitted baby/booster seats.
Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any vehicle or vehicle's contents whilst parked within the car park.
Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. cannot accept liability for any damaged body work which has not been brought to the attention of our staff and noted on your docket.
Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. cannot accept liability for any interior damage, which has not been pointed out to our staff and noted on your docket.
If a vehicle is not completed due to your early return for any reason, a credit note will be issued.
If you book a valet appointment within 24 hours of your booking time; it is your responsibility to contact us on 1850855855 to confirm at least 12 hours before the appointment. If; in this instance we have not been contacted and the valet is not completed for whatever reason we will issue a credit note for the valet.
Vouchers must be redeemed on one occasion and are not transferable.
Vouchers have a 12 month validity period from date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Use of vouchers and/or credit notes must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance stating your chosen Crystal Valet Centre' valet site. Any email credit offers must be accepted within 30 days of offer. If offer is not accepted credit is invalid.
To use vouchers and/or credit notes you must present it at time of book-in / vehicles drop off. Failure to do so will result in the service being charged for.
By availing of Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. services you are giving Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. employees and management permission to drive your vehicle for the purposes of valeting. (Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. hold a comprehensive garage policy underwritten by Liberty Insurance Ltd a copy of which is available upon request)
Where your vehicle needs drying; it is to be expected that some fuel will be used for this purpose and for any purpose related to the valeting including driving.
Crystal Valet Centres LTD do not and will not provide window washer or engine oil to your vehicle or complete any auto-eletrical or mechanical work to your vehicle.
All valuables must be removed from your vehicle before the car is dropped to Crystal Valet. Any additional items in the vehicle must be placed in and locked in the glove box (we do not clean or need access to the vehicles glove box during the valeting process and view it as a private area in the vehicle).
In the event of you returning to a Crystal Valet Centres Site out of hours to collect your car, Crystal Valet Centres Ltd. have no access to your car until the following working day, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed locally and is stated on your docket.
Crystal Valet Centres may contact you by phone or text from time to time about offers and/or promotions. By signing the customer docket agreeing to terms and conditions you are agreeing to this. Concierge Parking and Valeting Terms & Conditions:
In the event of missing a valet, parking or concierge service booking, a credit note will be issued.
A missed valet, parking or concierge service booking includes the following:
- Missing and or unable to find the drop off point.
- Arriving for a booking on a date/time other than the booked date/time.
- Flight cancellation.
- Airport closure.
- Car park closure.
- Any reason out of our control.
To reschedule a missed valet, parking or concierge service with a credit note we require 24 hours notice on 1850-855-855.
Crystal Valet must have direct contact and phone number for the traveling passenger.
Crystal Valet's concierge service is a personal service and thus will only be made available in line with flight details supplied during booking in of the vehicle.
Concierge Service operates from 04:00 - 00:00 daily. Crystal Valet can organise collections outside these times, please contact us on +353 1 6330999 to organise same.
Missed or Delayed flights which result in you arriving outside our operational hours, Crystal Valet must be contacted at least 2 hours before your due return time to organise alternative arrangements.
Crystal Valet hold all relevant motor and public liability insurance to provide this service. By purchasing any of Crystal Valet products you are agreeing to allow any member or agent of Crystal Valet to drive your car for the purposes of parking and/or valeting.
Crystal Valet operates a secure underground carpark facility with 24 hour reception and CCTV which is located 3 Kms from the Dublin Airport. Given the nature of the Concierge Service, any client availing of this service must accept up to 10km may be recorded on your in car trip-log whilst the vehicle is under Crystal Valet's control.
Upon hand over of your vehicle both on arrival and again at your departure, any damage must be pointed out to the Concierge before you leave with your vehicle, failure to do so will lead to Crystal Valet refusing any damage claim.
